Mr DUTHIE (WILMOT, TASMANIA) - I should like to ask the Prime Minister a question. In view of the desperate overcrowding within Parliament House, which could worsen rather than improve during the life of this Parliament, and in view of the possible increase in Commonwealth electorates which would bring additional members to this House after the next census in two years' time, will the Prime Minister give an assurance that the much discussed new Parliament House will be built, rather than that the proposal to build it should be confined to musty files, and will he assure us that, if it is to be built, the commencement date will not be long delayed? Have the plans yet been approved?
