Mr GRIFFITHS (SHORTLAND, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the AttorneyGeneral: Is it a fact that for some years now Hungerford, Spooner and Company, chartered accountants, of Sydney, have been in the process of winding up the Associated Dominions Assurance Society Proprietary Limited, in liquidation? Is the Minister aware that among the policy-holders there are many age pensioners who badly need the few pounds that are likely to come to them? Can the Minister say when a distribution of assets will be made, or will he see whether something can be done to expedite a payment to the policy-holders in the near future?
