Mr SPEAKER -Order! I have already directed the honorable member's attention to the subject-matter before the Chair, the printing of the report. I will, ask him to confine his remarks to that matter. He is now dealing with- a subject that is not before the Chair.

Mr WARD - Well, I have no objection to the printing of the report. I daresay that it will fill in an idle moment or two for honorable members, who may wish to read the report when they have nothing else to do. But I do hope that when the committee is re-constituted, after the Labour party comes to power, it will more actively approach its investigations into these various matters, and that at some time in the future we will have a report from the committee, although a little delayed, dealing with the scandal of the St. Mary's project.
