Mr TOWNLEY - The honorable member's question raises a number of matters of policy. I should like to point out that the particular ship on which the trade delegation is booked will touch at many places in the Far East, and it is only coincidental that it is going to the mainland of China. The ship is going to Manila, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and certain Japanese ports. It is also calling, I understand, at two ports in Communist China. So we should not let this matter get out of perspective.
