Mr DUTHIE (WILMOT, TASMANIA) - I ask the Prime Minister a question. In view of the gravity of the situation brought about by the restriction of purchases of lead and zinc from Australia by the United States of America, and in view of the fact that the Minister for Trade has been in the middle of negotiations on the matter, would it be possible for him to be recalled to Australia before the Parliament rises in order that we may get the full story from him personally, and perhaps debate the issue in this Parliament?
