Mr J R FRASER - My question is directed to you, Mr. Speaker. It is on a matter which I would have raised at the meeting of the House Committee this morning had I then been aware of it. Can any action be taken to vary the form of construction of the super-imposed roof on the eastern side of this building? I may say, by way of explanation, that the structure certainly seems to be much higher than had been my impression of it from examining the plans, and it does seem that it is certain to create very bad conditions indeed in the offices which will be adjacent to the structure. I would think that it is essential that some action should be taken to see that the structure does not rise to such a height as at present is indicated by the framework.
