Mr ERWIN (BALLAARAT, VICTORIA) - I address a question without notice to the Minister for Health. In view of the great need for the provision of means whereby oxygen will be available as an item of the pharmaceutical formulary for the needs of pensioners being cared for in their own homes, is there a reason why this cannot be done? At present, oxygen supplies for pensioner cardiac and asthma sufferers are provided through pharmacists. In the case of lengthy illness, the cost must impose considerable strain on meagre finances.
