Mr DRUMMOND (NEW ENGLAND, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Has the attention of the Minister for Primary Industry been drawn to statements made on behalf of maize-growers in New South Wales that the recent importation of maize into that State, and possibly also into other States, is seriously affecting both the present and the future of the maize industry? Will the Minister inform the House of the position as known to him, and give some assurance to the maize industry that its reasonable interests will not be prejudiced by the policy of the Government?
