Mr J R FRASER - I ask the Minister for Health whether he will have a review made of the health regulations administered by his department in Canberra to ensure that the conditions required under those regulations are compatible with the advances made in food technology, particularly in relation to the storage and transportation of perishable foodstuffs. In particular, will the Minister have an examination made of the regulations governing the importation to and sale in the Australian Capital Territory of foods such as milk, fish and packaged meats, and will he further satisfy himself that there is no longer any tendency in the department to use the regulations in an economic sense rather than purely as health measures?
