Mr HOWSE (CALARE, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I direct a question to the Minister for Primary Industry. Is the 195.8-59 wheat harvest expected to be a record one? What are the current wheat production prospects in other major growing countries, and particularly in the United States of America and Canada? When does the International Wheat Agreement expire? Is it likely to be renewed? Is the disposal of a large crop in Australia likely to present a difficult marketing problem? If so - this is of particular interest to the growers - what is the present growers' position?
