Mr FRANCIS (MORETON, QUEENSLAND) - Whilst I am prevented by parliamentary procedure from expressing any opinion -while asking a question of a Minister, I point out to the Prime Minister that primary producers and others who are dependent upon petrol supplies have been scared by recent statements made by the right honorable gentleman and other members of the Government. Because of the present acute shortage of petrol, primary producers may shortly be unable to obtain petrol to transport produce to market, mail contractors may not be able to get it to deliver mail, or builders. may not be able to get what they need to continue their work of erecting houses. I therefore ask the right honorable gentleman whether he can hold out any hope of improvement of the present unsatisfactory situation?
