Mr TURNBULL (WIMMERA, VICTORIA) - Did the Prime Minister advise the Premier of Victoria to increase railway freight charges and' fares in Victoria ? If so, was the advice given because of the inadequacy of the amount -of money that the State of Victoria receives under the tax reimbusement scheme? When the right honorable gentleman .gave the advice, did he take into consideration the fact that it would, if followed, adversely affect production and decentralization?
