Mr FRANCIS - On the 9th June last I addressed a question to the Acting Attorney-General seeking information, about, among other things, counsel who appeared on behalf of the Commonwealth before the High Court and the Privy Council in the Banking case. That information was supplied. I also asked what amount was paid in fees, refreshers, retainers, expenses and other emoluments for the appearances of these counsel before the High Court and the Privy Council. The Acting Attorney-General informed me that the information would be obtained and would be furnished to me as soon as it was available. Will the Attorney-General now indicate when I may expect to obtain the information?
