Mr POLLARD - Yesterday I heard the Australian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, who is at present visiting Australia, say that the desperate need of the British people was for sugar, fats, meat and tea. In my opinion the escape of some capital from the United Kingdom for the purchase of only two of the thousands of butter factories in this country would ' not justify the termination of butter rationing in this country.
