Mr BRUCE (Flinders) (Prime Minister and Minister for External Affairs) . - I suggest to the honorable member for Bourke (Mr. Anstey) and to honorable members generally, that as this is a matter which concerns the domestic policy of Great Britain it is extremely undesirable that it- should be debated in this Parliament. We should bitterly resent a discussion in the House of Commons of a motion relating to our domestic affairs. For these reasons I ask honorable members to oppose the motion, and move -

That the question be now put.
