Mr LACEY - Has the Prime Minister' any statement to make concerning the negotiations with the Premier of South Australia in regard to the imposition of a petrol tax, and the possibility that such a tax may take the place of the present power tax? Will he also consider making provision to the effect that persons using petrol for power purposes other than road vehicles will receive a refund of any such tax paid, and will not be called upon to pay such tax in the future?
