Mr PARKHILL (Warringah) . - The view I wish to emphasize is that whenever there is reference in a bill to retrospective legislation, the business community assumes that its effect will be more far-reaching than is apparent on the surface. If, however, the term in regard to these particular clauses is to be interpreted as stated by the AttorneyGeneral and the Treasurer. I' shall be perfectly satisfied.
