Mr FENTON asked the Prime Minister, upon notice -

1.   Is it true that a number of shipowners and seamen have complained that persons of unsound mind have been allowed to take passage on several ships?

2.   Can he inform the House as to whether these complaints have been made in respect to people travelling on ships from overseas?
