Mr ANSTEY (Bourke) .- All that I wish to point out is that the courts of this country have always adhered to the principles of equity and good conscience, and have never administered the law in the manner in which the AttorneyGeneral stated it could be administered. The statement that a man has to pay dues to an organization after he has left has no foundation in actual practice.
