Mr BRUCE - There is no connexion between the expenditure proposed for an exhibition and that on railway construction. Expenditure in connexion with the exhibition to which he referred would not be incurred for perhaps two years, and then would he spread over a further period of two or three years. It would be expenditure from revenue. On the other hand, the money required to construct the Red Hill to Port Augusta railway would be taken from loan funds, and, as I have previously indicated, there is no immediate prospect of loan funds being made available for this purpose.
