Mr DUNCAN-HUGHES (BOOTHBY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - Can the Treasurer inform me whether he has received a telegram from the Taxpayers' Association of Australia, sent on its own behalf and also on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Manufactures and the Stock . Owners' Association of South Australia protesting against the practice inaugurated by the Federal Taxation Department in being represented before the Federal Land Valuation Appeal Board by legal counsel and contending that such a practice will make the board similar to a court of law, and introduce the expense and inconvenience associated with litigation? If the telegram has been received has he any statement to make with regard to it?
