Mr C RILEY (COOK, NEW SOUTH WALES) - In view of the publication in a section of the press of a report that an honour will probably be conferred upon Mr. Larkin, who was until recently . the chairman of the Australian Shipping Board, will the Prime Minister before making any recommendation take into consideration the advisability of appointing a committee to ascertain to what extent the policy insisted upon by Mr. Larkin, and the attitude adopted by him as a member of the board, affected the finances of the Line?
