Mr FENTON (MARIBYRNONG, VICTORIA) - Although, no doubt, all honorable members of the House were satisfied with the reply the Commonwealth Government sent to the British Government's communication in regard to the outlawry of war, I point out that this subject has since been discussed by the House of Lords, which unanimously adopted a favorable resolution in regard to it. Will the Prime Minister give honorable members an opportunity to discuss the matter with the object of carrying a similar motion?
