Mr J H CATTS (COOK, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I desire to ask the Prime Minister a question without notice. An interjection made by the right honorable gentleman while the question of the removal of the sugar duty was under discussion in this House, on 24th June, must have been misapprehended by the Hansard reporter present at the time.
