Mr CHARLTON - Is the Minister of Trade and Customs aware that in consequence of the regulations that were found necessary at the outbreak of war, governing the export of coal to foreign parts, a very large number of men are now out of employment? Seeing that the Pacific is clear of the foe, can anything be done to give relief in that direction?
