Mr JOSEPH COOK (Parramatta) . - I regret that I was not in the chamber when the honorable member for Bourke was speaking, but I understand that he has made a serious charge against Colonel Holmes and some of the other officers in command of the Expeditionary Force which was sent to German New Guinea.


Mr McWilliams - He has made charges against all the officers of that force. *aS


Mr JOSEPH COOK - I should be wanting in my duty if I did not state what my belief is in this matter.
