Mr FINLAYSON (BRISBANE, QUEENSLAND) - In view of the serious delays and heavy expenses being incurred through the delay in the arrival of German ships which are interned in South Africa, and which have Australian cargo on board, will the Minister of Trade and Customs give to honorable members any information he possesses as to the likely arrival of the steamers in Australian ports, or of any satisfactory arrangement having been come to as to the freight charges to be levied on the Australian consignees?
