Mr CARPENTER (FREMANTLE, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - I wish to draw the attention of the Prime Minister, who, I understand, is, in the absence of the Minister of Trade and Customs, acting for him, to a complaint of the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce in reference to the lack of facilities in that town for obtaining information from the Customs officials there, and to ask the honorable gentleman if there is any reason why equal facilities for acquiring such information should not be given in every State.
