Mr HUGHES - The New South Wales Act does not provide for an appeal to the Court, and declares that the decision of the Registrar shall be final; and, in view of that deficiency, it is provided in clause 25 that the President may rescind, review, or vary any decision of the Registrar in any manner in which he may think fit. That clause should meet the objection of the honorable and learned member.

Clause, as amended, agreed to.

Clauses 68 to 74 agreed to.

Clause 75 -

All fines, fees, levies, or dues payable to an organization by any member thereof under its rules may ... be sued for and recovered in the name of the organization in any Federal or State Court of competent jurisdiction.
