The CHAIRMAN - I must ask the honorable member to confine his remarks to the amendment.

Mr PAGE - We have come to stay. No matter whether the Labour Party is called the first, or the second, or the third party ; ever since its inception it has been growing, and it has come to stay.

Mr Reid - You have got too big for your boots, now.

Mr PAGE - It is only the right honorable member who thinks that we are too big for our boots, simply because he cannot pull them off. I hope that we shall soon get to a vote on this clause. I believe that every honorable member is getting full up of the Bill, so let us deal with it as soon as possible.
