Mr DUGALD THOMSON (NORTH SYDNEY, NEW SOUTH WALES) - On a previous clauset he attention of the Prime Minister was drawn to the question whether " State industrial authority " included Wages Boards ; and this is, I think, an opportunity to arrive at some decision. The clause allows the Court to interfere with the State industrial authorities, and on that ground we ought to know whether a Wages Board could be interfered with.
