Mr CHAPMAN (EDEN-MONARO, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for Defence) - My attention has been called to a paragraph in this morning's newspapers relating to the disbandment of certain troops in Tasmania. That report is hardly correct, because only one officer has been retired, and the remainder have been placed upon the unattached list. I hope to be able to lay upon the table tomorrow particulars with reference to the disbandment referred to, and the recommendations made in regard to the matter.
