Mr REID (East Sydney) - I think that my honorable friends who moved and seconded the motion for the adoption of the Address in Reply had an opportunity afforded them to see His- Excellency the Governor-General's speech before honorable members listened to it in the Senate- Chamber. I had not that advantage, and I feel that it is only right I should hav: some little opportunity to consider that speech, which was a long and very important one. Under these circumstances, and following the usual practice, I move -
