Mr MAHON (COOLGARDIE, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - My scheme probably is one which would be more readily fashioned into shape by some actuary or insurance authority. I am now merely throwing out a suggestion to the Government. There are a good many honorable members who, like myself, voted against the granting of pensions, but who recognise the practical difficulties which confront the Government, and are desirous of finding a means of surmounting them.
