Mr CROUCH (Corio) - When the clause was last before the committee it was suggested that the words fixing the hours should be omitted, and others inserted permitting the court to be held at any convenient time. It is often necessary for revision courts to sit very late in order to get through the work, and they ought not to be bound to stop sharp at midnight.
