Sir JOHN QUICK (Bendigo) - The point raised by the honorable and learned member for Darling Downs occurred to me, and I think it would be wise to provide that any looking at a ballot paper or disclosure of its contents shall be deemed a contravention of this measure. I apprehend that in the Bill itself we should declare in so many distinct words what shall be deemed to be a contravention.
