Mr WATSON (Bland) - Does the Minister not think that there is some necessity for a definition of the term " residence." We attempted to define this term, or to make it clearer, in the Franchise Act.


Mr Deakin - It was struck out of the Franchise Act.


Mr WATSON - That makes it more necessary to have some definition in this clause.


Mr DEAKIN - I propose to strike out the word " reside " later on, in order to make this Bill agree with the Franchise Act.
