Senator HARRADINE (10.07 a.m.) —I will be extremely brief. I note the committee report. Some honourable senators who are very interested in the question of competition policy will have noted that I have a number of questions on notice to Treasury and to certain other departments. I just suggest to the government through you, Madam Acting Deputy President, that I look forward to receiving those answers fully and promptly so that I can determine my attitude about this matter on the basis of that full and prompt information being supplied. I know the government wants to get the program through, but I would request that the government ensures that Treasury provides the information that I, at least, have sought on this matter, and that it does so without the sort of obfuscation that one has seen, at times, from Treasury.
