   42   MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE— Tax Laws Amendment (Combating Multinational Tax Avoidance) Bill 2015

Message No. 419, 3 December 2015, from the Senate was reported returning the Tax Laws Amendment (Combating Multinational Tax Avoidance) Bill 2015 and informing the House that the Senate does not insist on its amendments disagreed to by the House and requests the concurrence of the House in the amendments made in place of amendments Nos 2 and 3.

Ordered—That the amendments be considered immediately.

Mr Hawke (Assistant Minister to the Treasurer) moved—That the amendments made by the Senate in place of amendments Nos 2 and 3 disagreed to by the House be agreed to.
