 7 TOURISM AUSTRALIA (REPEAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) BILL 2004

Mr Entsch (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Tourism and Resources), pursuant to notice, presented a Bill for an Act to repeal the Australian Tourist Commission Act 1987, to deal with transitional matters arising from the repeal of that Act and the enactment of the Tourism Australia Act 2004, and for related purposes.

Mr Entsch moved—That the Bill be now read a second time.
