 4 SUSPENSION OF STANDING AND SESSIONAL ORDERS MOVED

Mr Latham moved—That so much of the standing and sessional orders be suspended as would prevent the Member for Werriwa moving the following motion: That this House notes:

(1) the Minister for Regional Services, Territories and Local Government's inadequate explanation about why he misled the South Australian Minister for Police and the House of Representatives regarding the fact that his son was not one of his constituents; and

(2) the Minister's failure in his statement to address his misleading of the House on his follow-up action and intervention with the South Australian Minister for Police.
