SUSPENSION OF STANDING AND SESSIONAL ORDERS MOVED

Mr Fitzgibbon moved—That so much of the standing and sessional orders be suspended as would prevent the Member for Hunter moving a motion to table:

(a) a letter from ICAC indicating the Member for Paterson's matter has been referred;

(b) Port Stephens Council approval for a three storey dwelling and swimming pool;

(c) plans of the proposed "palace style compound"; and

(d) comments from the Council's General Manager indicating that the Council was considering taken action against the Member for Paterson.
