PARLIAMENTARY ZONE—CONSTRUCTION OF FLAGPOLES, SIGNAGE AND BOLLARDS AT RECONCILIATION PLACE AND SUN SHADING STRUCTURES AT COMMONWEALTH PLACE—APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL

Dr Stone (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for the Environment and Heritage), for Mr Tuckey (Minister for Regional Services, Territories and Local Government), pursuant to notice, moved—That, in accordance with section 5 of the Parliament Act 1974, the House approves the following proposal for work in the Parliamentary Zone which was presented to the House on 11 November 2002, namely: Construction of flagpoles, signage and bollards at Reconciliation Place and sun shading structures at Commonwealth Place.
