PROPOSED DISCUSSION OF MATTER OF PUBLIC IMPORTANCE—JOB SEEKERS

The House was informed that Mr Cox had proposed that a definite matter of public importance be submitted to the House for discussion, namely, "The failure of the Howard Government to ensure that disadvantaged job seekers receive appropriate training and support to give them a real opportunity to get a real job".
