SUSPENSION OF STANDING ORDERS—BILL—REFERENCE TO COMMITTEE

Mr Williams (Attorney-General), by leave, moved—That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent the Attorney-General moving a motion to refer the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Legislation Amendment (Terrorism) Bill 2002 to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on the ASIO, ASIS and DSD for consideration and an advisory report.
