PRIVILEGE—COMPLAINT OF BREACH

Mr L. D. T. Ferguson raised a matter of privilege in connection with newspaper articles published over the weekend in the Adelaide Advertiserand today in the Sydney Morning Heraldand the Daily Telegraphwhich he said appeared to reveal a number of recommendations of a report of the Joint Standing Committee on Electoral Matters before today's tabling of the report.
