FINANCIAL SECTOR (COLLECTION OF DATA—CONSEQUENTIAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) BILL 2001

Mr Hockey (Minister for Financial Services and Regulation), pursuant to notice, presented a Bill for an Act to repeal and amend various Acts, and to deal with transitional matters, in connection with the enactment of the Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001, and for related purposes.
