CUSTOMS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (CRIMINAL SANCTIONS AND OTHER MEASURES) BILL 1999

Mr Williams (Minister representing the Minister for Justice and Customs), pursuant to notice, presented a Bill for an Act to amend Customs legislation to provide for special criminal sanctions in respect of the import or export of certain goods, and for other purposes.

Mr Williams moved—That the Bill be now read a second time.
