DISCUSSION OF MATTER OF PUBLIC IMPORTANCE—RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

The House was informed that Mr Lee had proposed that a definite matter of public importance be submitted to the House for discussion, namely, "The Howard Government[quot ]s lack of vision and commitment to Australia[quot ]s future in research and development".
