CHILD SUPPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT BILL (NO. 1) 1996—REPORT FROM MAIN COMMITTEE

The Deputy Speaker reported that the Bill had been considered by the Main Committee and was returned with an unresolved question ( <XREF> see item No. 7, Minutes of Proceedings of the Main Committee of 3 June 1997 </XREF> ), and presented a certified copy of the Bill together with a schedule of the unresolved question.

Unresolved question—That the words proposed to be omitted stand part of the question—put and passed.

Question—That the Bill be now read a second time—put and passed—Bill read a second time.

Leave granted for third reading to be moved forthwith.
